Privacy Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Agent Depot (a business name of Zachary James Bragg, 1602 Ridge Road, Birmingham, AL 35209) collects, how we use it, who we share it with and how, and how we keep it safe. It covers this website and the services we provide to clients.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, when you email or call us or sign an agreement.
- Project and billing information, such as the agreement, statement of work, invoices, payment history, and the messages we exchange about the project.
- Payment information. When you pay an invoice, your card or bank details are entered directly into Stripe. We see only limited details, such as the card brand, the last four digits, and whether the payment went through. We never receive or store full card or bank account numbers.
- Website logs. This website has no forms, tracking cookies, advertising, or analytics. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and provide the services you ask for.
- To prepare agreements, send invoices, take payments, and issue refunds.
- To keep business, tax, and accounting records as the law requires.
- To protect our website and services from misuse.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with these parties, and only as much as they need:
- Stripe, Inc., our payment processor, to send invoices and process payments and refunds. Stripe's use of data is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts this website and the software we run for clients.
- Our email and file storage providers, which carry and store our business email and documents.
- Professional advisers, such as an accountant or lawyer, when needed for tax, accounting, or legal matters.
- Government or law enforcement, only when the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.
How it is shared
- Information is sent to these providers electronically over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), either through their secure websites and APIs or by encrypted email.
- Payment details go straight from your browser to Stripe's secure payment pages; they do not pass through our systems.
- Providers may use the information only to provide their service to us, under their own terms and privacy commitments.
How we keep it safe
- All website and payment traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS.
- Stored data is encrypted at rest by our hosting and storage providers.
- Access to accounts that hold personal information is limited to Agent Depot and protected with strong passwords and two-step sign-in (multi-factor authentication).
- Payment card data is handled only by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest payment security standard.
- Systems are kept up to date, and access is reviewed and removed when no longer needed.
- If a security incident affects your personal information, we will tell you promptly and as the law requires.
Client data
When we build or host software for a client, the client owns the data in that software and decides how it is used. We handle that data only on the client's instructions and as set out in our written agreement with them, and we do not use it to train AI models.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project information for as long as we work together, and billing records for as long as tax law requires (usually seven years). After that, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing zb@agent-depot.ai or calling (205) 894-1620. We reply within two business days. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, may be kept until the legal period ends.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
