Refund, Dispute & Cancellation Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
Agent Depot sells professional services: custom software development, AI consulting, and hosting and support. We do not sell physical goods, so there is nothing to ship or return.
Project work
- Each project has a signed agreement and statement of work (SOW) that sets out the deliverables, milestones, and fees.
- Milestone fees are invoiced when that milestone's acceptance criteria are met. Once a milestone is accepted, its fee is earned and not refundable.
- If you paid a deposit or prepaid for work that has not started, you can ask for a full refund of the unused amount.
- If a deliverable doesn't meet the agreed acceptance criteria, tell us and we will fix it at no extra charge before it is invoiced.
Hourly work
Hourly work is billed for time actually spent, with a breakdown on the invoice. If you think an invoice is wrong, tell us within 30 days and we will correct it or refund the difference.
Hosting and support plans
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice.
- No charges are made after the notice period ends.
- Months already paid are not refunded, except where the service was unavailable for reasons within our control.
Cancelling a project
Either party can end a project as described in its agreement. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billed. Prepaid amounts for work not yet done are refunded.
How to request a refund
Email zb@agent-depot.ai or call (205) 894-1620 with your invoice number and the reason. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card or bank account) and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
Billing disputes
If something on a charge looks wrong, please contact us first. Most billing questions are settled within a few days, which is faster than a card dispute. If you do open a dispute with your bank, we will respond through Stripe with the signed agreement, invoices, and delivery records.
