Who we are

Agent Depot is a business name (DBA) of Zachary James Bragg, a sole proprietor at 1602 Ridge Road, Birmingham, AL 35209, United States. You can reach us at zb@agent-depot.ai or (205) 894-1620.

What we provide

We provide custom software development, AI agent development, technical consulting, and hosting and support services to businesses and organizations.

Agreements

Client work is done under a signed services agreement and statement of work. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed documents control.

Payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are set in the statement of work or quote.
• Invoices are due within 30 days unless the agreement says otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe by bank transfer (ACH) or card. Agent Depot never sees or stores your full card number.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund, Dispute & Cancellation Policy.

Ownership

Ownership of the work we deliver is set out in each agreement. Unless the agreement says otherwise, the client owns the deliverables once they are paid for in full.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Agent Depot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services in the 12 months before the claim.

Legal and export restrictions

• We do not provide services to people, companies, or countries under US sanctions, or where US export law forbids it.
• Our services may not be used for anything illegal.
• Clients are responsible for following the laws that apply to their own business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Signed agreements are only changed in writing by both parties.
